The package

The standard $499 package covers one property and includes one 30–45 second 1080p master, one landscape cut, one vertical social cut, and two edit rounds. Delivery is targeted within three business days after we receive the approved source media, creative brief, room order, and other required materials.

Edit rounds

One edit round means one consolidated list of reasonable prompt, pacing, sequencing, text, or editing changes using the approved source material. A new creative direction, new source photography, additional formats, or rebuilding areas not adequately shown in the source media may require a separate quote.

Source-media rights

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all photos, floor plans, branding, music, and other materials you provide and authorize FlyThru Media to process them for your project.

AI visualization

The deliverable is an AI-generated cinematic property video—not measured 3D data, a conventional virtual tour, or footage from a physical drone. AI may approximate movement between areas that are not fully shown. We review work for material visual defects, but exact architectural reconstruction cannot be guaranteed.

Approval and performance

You are responsible for final review before publishing. We do not guarantee listing-platform acceptance, advertising performance, bookings, revenue, or other business results.

Payments and refunds

Payment is due before full production begins. If we cannot produce the purchased package from the approved materials, contact us so we can correct the work, agree on replacement scope, or determine an appropriate refund. Completed custom creative work is otherwise non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
